What payment methods do you have?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, NZ Debit Cards & Online Eftpos, NZ Bank Transfer, Moa’s Ark Online Wallet Credits.

Yes, all payment information such as credit card details are protected by secure payment gateways and no information is stored on our systems.

We process refunds within 24 hours. However, your bank or payment provider (such as Paypal) may take 3-5 business days to show the refund in your account.

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options and how much do they cost?

Sent by tracked Courier locally and NZ Post International Airmail. Local tracked shipping is through Couirer Post or Aramex-Fastway NZ. Prices range from $5.50 through to $50.00 depending on quantity, weight and destination. Shipping costs are advised in your Checkout basket or can be estimated should you wish to change your shipping address.

We process your requests fast. However, it can typically take 3 to 5 business days for your order to arrive if you live in New Zealand, or approximately 10 business days for international orders.

Once we’ve shipped your order, we’ll send you a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

We deliver signature-not-required. And at checkout you can leave special delivery instructions for the courier.

We carefully package all our products in a padded bag or box depending on quantity to ensure your order gets into your hands undamaged.

Product & Quality

What is your return policy on supplements?

If your product has been opened, we typically do not accept returns as all orders are final. However, if the product is damaged or there is a shipping issue, please contact us.

We advise best before dates on our products. Unopened and properly stored products should be shelf stable and last well beyond their best before date.

We endeavour to keep our products stocked or ready to order within a week. However, sometimes restocking issues arise, if so we will mention this on the product page, and if possible, include a backorder option. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

Where do you source your ingredients from?

We always ensure to select global destinations that cultivate, test, and supply high quality products ethically. Currently, we source our products from New Zealand, China, and the Solomon Islands.

Our products’ quality, purity, and potency are all certified from our suppliers. We also test and capsulate our supplements and food products here in New Zealand to ensure quality and potency.

Our products are non-GMO, gluten-free and vegan friendly as they are natural and plant based. Any allergens are declared for any plant based product or dairy. Always check the product descriptions for further information before making a purchase.

We take sustainability seriously. The bottles and bags we use can be recycled under New Zealand’s current recycling rules.
