1. Business decisions must put the Environmental, Ethical, Moral and Spiritual needs of shareholders or members before any short term temporary gain or benefit.

4. No Management or staff member shall bear false witness to Customers, Suppliers or other Business members involved in any transactions or arrangements.
5. Profit and Return to Business Shareholders or members shall not compromise their long term environmental, ethical, moral or spiritual needs.
6. Profit and Return to Business Shareholders or members shall not compromise the long term environmental, ethical, moral or spiritual needs of the Community be it local or Worldwide, that supports the Business.
7. No Business activity shall result in any of the guiding principles being compromised.
8. No Business activity shall bring the Business name into disrepute.
9. Business partners must have similar guiding Principles or be aligned by agreement to ensure there is no compromise to any of the Business guiding principles.
10. No Business activity or arrangement shall bring the Business name into disrepute by contravening legal or moral responsibilities set by the Laws of the Land in which the Business operates; the Business guiding principles are paramount.
